If you are among those who drink too much coffee, tea or carbonated drinks, be careful. These will change the color of your teeth and harm the protective enamel coating. Your teeth could be even more vulnerable because of thinly distributed enamel in the teeth. Thin enamel may be a condition transmitted through genes. Warren dentist Fotolia_6966105_XS.jpg

Another reason could be certain drugs available through prescription that will thin out your tooth enamel. If you grind your teeth while asleep, it will also impact on the enamel and inhibit your teeth's defenses. That's not all. It could also upset the outlines of your teeth. They may become uneven, which may impair your bite.

However, just because the enamel may be spoiled, it is not essential that you ask for a dental veneer for your teeth as the first thing you do.

Come to see me at my Warren dental clinic. And see what I can do for you. You may only go away with something as simple as cleaning. Another easy procedure would be to whiten your teeth. It is quite astonishing. Many people don't realize the brilliant effects of whitening your teeth, which can be done with just a tiny blob of whitening solution.

But I still need to see how bad your enamel is. If the coating of your teeth has been extensively damaged, we might have to look at other options. One is to solve your problem with veneers. Veneers work because they cover the front part of the damaged tooth. We will start by preparing your teeth, which we will do the first time you see us. It is then up to the lab technicians to produce dental veneers that are suitable for you. We would request another visit when we've finished your dental veneers so we can put them on you.

Warren veneers have several qualities. For a start, they are available in a wide range of colors. And you don't have to worry about the color fading early. They are of good quality and should maintain your teeth's healthy look for many years. The veneers do more than heal your enamel but they can also make the gaps between your teeth disappear. Most of all, people love veneers because of their similarity to natural teeth. What my patients like is that they glisten as well as your own teeth. With this factor, even if you have new veneers on, you need not worry about blinding people with teeth that are overly shiny.
